The Toledo Ski Club is a Club for all seasons. TSC was formed in 1947 and has been dedicated to enhancing the skiing & snowboarding experience for its members. The Toledo Ski Club is one of a very few clubs in the country that owns it's own Lodge. The Lodge at Walloon Lake near Boyne is owned by the members of the club. Club members may make reservations to take friends and relatives to the Lodge for a minimal charge. Weekend trips and week-long trips are also organized for Club members

There are many other activities that are offered in the off season. Volleyball, canoeing, biking, whitewater rafting, wind surfing, hiking, tennis and golf are just a few of the sports activities made available to TSC members. Cocktail Parties & Banquets, Rib-Off, Halloween Party, Put-in-Bay outing, Chili Cook Off and OSU vs Michigan Parties are just a few of the social activities. It is not unusual for members to meet at local watering holes and festivals for drinks, food and partying.

Tip of the Week

It's not all about having ripped abs and chiseled backs and thighs... Being fit allows you to enjoy the sports that you love to the fullest, and not miss out on any of the action.  As with ANY fitness program though, always consult your doctor first to make sure that you don't put yourself at risk for injury (or worse) before you start.  Below we have listed some resources that may help you to enjoy more time on the hill with your compadres (because we all know that those lift tickets aren't getting any less expensive).

Here is one from the King of GS Racing himself... Ted Ligety

Stop Back Often, and Enjoy!
